These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WAPunch ("WAPunch", "we", "our", "us"), a product owned by Tiempo Exacto Panama, S.A.
By using WAPunch, you agree to these Terms and to the Paddle Invoiced Consumer Terms and Conditions.
1. The Service
WAPunch provides cloud-based attendance and workforce management tools.
We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time.
2. Relationship with Paddle
- WAPunch is supplied by Tiempo Exacto Panama, S.A.
- Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller.
- You purchase products from Paddle, not directly from WAPunch.
- Paddle manages billing, taxes, renewals, invoices, and payment methods.
WAPunch does not handle or store payment information.
3. Account Requirements
Users must:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain account security
- Be authorized to enter into legal agreements
4. Payments & Billing
All payments are processed by Paddle and subject to Paddle's terms.
Taxes are calculated automatically based on your location.
5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled:
- Paddle charges your payment method at renewal
- You must cancel 48 hours before renewal
- No refunds for unused subscription periods
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized access
- Misuse WAPunch's systems
- Resell or share your access
- Interfere with service availability
Violations may result in termination without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
WAPunch's software, content, and branding belong to Tiempo Exacto Panama, S.A.
No rights are granted beyond the limited license to use the platform.
8. Availability
We strive for continuous service but do not guarantee:
- Error-free performance
- Uninterrupted uptime
- Permanent availability
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Terms violations
- Fraudulent activity
- Non-payment
- Legal requirements
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- WAPunch is provided "as is"
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
11. Privacy
Your use of WAPunch is governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
- Users in the U.S.: governed by the laws of New York
- Other users: governed by the laws of England
- Consumer protections in your country still apply
