Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to WAPunch, owned by Tiempo Exacto Panama, S.A. All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. (or Paddle.com Inc. for US customers) as the Merchant of Record. All refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with their Invoiced Consumer Terms and Conditions.
WAPunch cannot issue refunds directly. All refund requests must be submitted to Paddle.
To request a refund, please contact Paddle using the link in your invoice or order confirmation email.
1. Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted to Paddle within 60 days of completing your purchase. All refund requests received after 60 days from the date of the transaction will not be processed.
2. Digital Content
WAPunch is digital content that is immediately made available upon purchase. By downloading or otherwise acquiring access to WAPunch, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once access has been provided.
3. Technical Issues
If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of WAPunch, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement of access or refund of the price paid, as determined by Paddle.
4. Subscription Refunds
For subscription purchases:
- There are no refunds for unused subscription periods
- To cancel a subscription, you must contact Paddle at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Cancellation will take effect at the next payment date
- Renewals are not refundable
5. Indirect Sales Tax Refunds
If you've been charged sales tax (VAT, GST, Consumption Tax, etc.) on your purchase and are registered for sales tax in the country of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund of the sales tax amount if permitted by applicable laws.
You must contact Paddle within 60 days after completing the purchase to be eligible for a sales tax refund. This refund will only be processed upon the provision of a valid sales tax code for your country.
All refund requests received after 60 days from the date of the transaction will not be processed.
6. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted directly to Paddle using one of the following methods:
- Use the link provided in your invoice or order confirmation email
- Contact Paddle through their support portal
