These Pricing Terms apply to WAPunch subscriptions and purchases.
All billing is handled by Paddle.
1. Pricing Structure
WAPunch offers subscription plans with varying features.
Pricing may change due to:
- Market conditions
- Product improvements
- Currency fluctuations
- Tax requirements
2. Merchant of Record
Paddle acts as the authorized reseller and handles:
- Payments
- Taxes
- Renewals
- Invoices
3. Taxes
Paddle automatically calculates VAT, GST, and other indirect taxes.
4. Subscription Billing
- Subscriptions auto-renew
- Renewal charges occur between 00:00–01:00 UTC
- Price changes apply on the next billing cycle
5. Free Trials
If a plan includes a free trial:
- Charges begin at the end of the trial
- Users must cancel before the trial ends to avoid fees
- No refunds for trial conversions
6. Failed Payments
Failed charges may result in:
- Account suspension
- Limited access
- Subscription cancellation
7. Cancelling a Subscription
You must cancel via Paddle 48 hours before renewal.
Cancellation takes effect at period end.
8. Refunds
Refunds follow Paddle's refund policy.
WAPunch cannot issue refunds. See our Refund Policy for details.
9. Price Changes
You will be notified of any subscription price increases before your next renewal.
